The Sidoti & Pawlowski Insurance agency (SPI) was founded by good friends and longtime insurance agents Frank Sidoti and Zach Pawlowski. While working together at another agency, Frank and Zach decided running an independent agency would be more rewarding to both their clients and themselves. After careful consideration, the agency was opened in September 2005.

Formerly of Staten Island, New York, Frank moved to Arizona in 2000. He began his insurance career in 1984.
